Sunrest Real Estate and Development began as Suncrest Builders. Suncrest Builders was formed in 1996 to build quality custom and spec homes in the Prescott, AZ area. Myles Baxter, the proprietor of Suncrest Builders, saw a developing need for quality real estate to complement the building division. Therefore, Suncrest Real Estate was born to fulfill all of your Prescott area real estate needs.

Myles grew up in the Phoenix area working with family in the construction industry. Myles later sold new homes for a number of builders in the valley.

Myles has also been involved in the last 20 years with his wife Lisa's business of decorating model homes for builders in the Phoenix area. This has given Myles design knowledge which shows in his unique custom homes. Myles selects only the finest fixtures and stylish finishes for the look he creates in his custom homes.
