was born in Phoenix, Arizona and moved to Prescott at only one year of age so I
consider myself a Prescott Native. I have seen the changes and growth that have
taken place in this amazing community first hand. I live in Prescott with my
wonderful husband, Joe and my two beautiful daughters, Alexa and Ava. I am
currently involved in the Lincoln Elementary School PTA and a 100% soccer mom. I
have been a Realtor in Prescott since August of 2001. I have worked with some of the
top real estate teams in Prescott and in 2004 decided to start my own team with my
best friend of 12 years, Jessica Stevens. In August of 2004, we officially
became the Prescott Home Team and we have since become multi-million dollar producers

Growing
up in Prescott , I have found it to be a wonderful environment to live and raise my
family. My husband and I have 3 active boys that keep us on our toes. We are very
active in sports and outdoor activities. Spending time with my family is my #1 joy.
My #2 joy is real estate. In 2004 my partner and friend Dawn Poulin
asked me to get my license and team up with her. Dawn and I have been friends for 12
years and working together for over 2. As a team we have received prestigious awards

was born in Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors
Degree in Education. After relocating to Prescott via Vero Beach, Florida in 1992, I
have taught, coached and lived in the Prescott community for 14 years. I earned my
Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University during my
teaching years. My husband is an administrator for Yavapai Regional Medical Center and
I have a daughter and son who attend the Prescott public schools.
After teaching for 20 years, I have been given the wonderful
opportunity to work with this up and coming real estate agency. With my extensive
knowledge of Prescott and its amazing residents, I feel I can bring to Suncrest Real
Estate and Development a client base from many facets of our community.

excited to be a part of Prescott's exciting real estate development. I have a genuine
passion for real estate, customer service and meeting the needs of my clients. I have
been involved in business development and real estate since 1996. Recently, I was the
co-owner of a small residential subdivision in the City of Prescott, helping develop
the property and infrastructure.
I, with my husband Tom, am actively involved in Prescott real
estate, investment and business. In addition to my exciting real estate ventures, my
husband and I are the co-owners of several well respected and locally owned businesses
in Prescott and Prescott Valley. This has provided me with the opportunity to
contribute to the quad-city area, allowing me to connect with my hometown community.

to and passionate about her profession, Sandy is sincere in her goal to help others
find the dream that living in the Prescott area has brought to her. She moved from
Nebraska to Prescott in 2000 after visiting family and was impressed with the
mountains, the tall pines and boulders, friendly people and lack of snow. Prior to
becoming a Realtor, she worked in the medical field for over 20 years and has always
enjoyed helping other people. Assisting people in the buying and selling of property
and the desire to form lasting bonds of trust and friendship will always be her main
objective.
Part of Sandy’s commitment to keeping in tune with the real estate market is attending
continuing education classes. She is a graduate of the Arizona School of Real Estate

professional background features 28 years in business management, marketing and sales,
with over 18 years dedicated to real estate.
Living in Prescott for 8 years, Annie worked with her husband in their building and
kitchen and bath design center before moving to Arkansas to build insulated masonry
homes along with their kitchen and bath design center business.
After 10 years of developing a successful business in Arkansas, they returned to
Prescott. Annie re-entered the real estate business and has specialized the last 3
years in “Selling America's West”. Having grown up on an Iowa farm, she takes a
special interest in land and ranch sales but enjoys all aspects of real estate.
Her enjoyment and fulfillment in real estate comes from helping clients solve their
wants and needs in a timely manner. You know you have done your job when your

her 23 years of being a Hospice volunteer. This is an area where a little kindness and

am a native Arizonian, who grew up in the greater Phoenix area. I have been involved
in the real estate industry for over 5 1/2 years selling new homes for the largest
builder in the country. During my time in new home sales, I have sold and closed over
1,000 new homes and I really enjoyed helping many families find their dream home. I
met my husband Rob in the industry and he has taught me everything about the business.
He manages 20 sales associates and oversees the West Valley sales for the largest
builder in the country. I've always dreamed of living in the Prescott area. We just
